How I Can Suport You

Counseling services are available in person to individuals, couples, and families in Victoria, Texas, with telehealth sessions available statewide.

Counseling services are provided by a Graduate Counseling Intern under the supervision of Maggie Aguilera, LPC-S.

Counseling may be helpful if you are experiencing:

  • Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or constant worry

  • Struggling with depression, burnout, or emotional exhaustion

  • Coping with grief, loss, or major life changes

  • Healing from past trauma or difficult life experiences

  • Navigating relationship or family challenges

  • Parenting a child with autism, ADHD, or other developmental differences and needing guidance or support

  • Experiencing strain in your relationship due to caregiving demands, stress, or life transitions

  • Wanting a safe space to process emotions, strengthen relationships, and build resilience

You don’t have to carry everything alone.

Therapy can be a place to feel heard, supported, and understood, at your own pace and without judgment.

Support for Parents and Caregivers

Parenting and caregiving can be deeply meaningful, but they can also feel overwhelming at times. Many individuals and families I work with are balancing the emotional demands of supporting loved ones while also caring for their own well-being.

I have a particular interest in working with parents and caregivers of children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental differences, as well as individuals caring for aging parents or loved ones. Counseling can provide a supportive space to process stress, navigate complex emotions, and develop strategies that support both you and the people you care about.

Individual Counseling

One-on-one counseling for adolescents and adults focused on anxiety, stress management, life transitions, emotional well-being, and personal growth. Sessions provide a supportive space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.
